The job was done on time and within budget. Nathan worked with on all scope changes and are extremely pleased with the final product. "He's meticulous with everything he does. He cleaned and repaired my chimney and put a new cap on. He installed flooring in my kitchen and dining room and installed a new dishwasher, smart range and garbage disposal., and painted the cupboards and walls. He removed moldy insulation and replaced it. He put a new ceiling and light fixtures in my sunroom. He put in 3 new ceiling fans and updated all of my electric outlets to bring everything up to code. He installed my washer and dryer and made a separate laundry room in my basement. He put in all new light fixtures outside and in the hallways both upstairs and downstairs. "I had Home Solutions Handyman replace a wooden door between my garage and home. The original door never really closed that well, strong windstorms would often blow it open despite being locked, and had about a one inch gap between the bottom of the door and interior flooring that we had to use a draft snake to keep the heat/air from going out into the garage (and bugs from just walking in). After being annoyed with this door since I purchased my home twelve years ago, I finally decided to do something about it. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was prompt and listened to my thoughts and what I wanted from the replacement. I received a detailed and accurate quote via email a day or two later. The quote was only for labor and stated that I would supply the replacement door and lock set. I didn't have an issue with that since it allow me to pick out a door from a local big box store with a minimum of dents or other damage and get a lockset that matched the others in my home. The technician, named Steve I believe, was on-time and seemed very detailed with his work ensuring the door was properly installed. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. After a couple of weeks, the door works perfectly fine and we are very happy with the quality of his workmanship. I am certainly considering Home Solutions Handyman for other carpentry projects I need done around the house as our budget allows."
