"We had a shower installed three years ago by Bathroom Buddy (via Jacuzzi). When a leak recently appeared, a plumber discovered the shower pan had been improperly installed from the start and that the entire shower needed to be redone. Bathroom Buddy had since been acquired by PJ Fitzpatrick, and to their great credit, they immediately acknowledged the problem, honored the original lifetime warranty, and completely rebuilt the shower—pan, walls, everything. The workmanship was excellent and noticeably better than the original installation. Because the rebuild slightly changed dimensions, we also incurred costs to replace the glass shower doors and repair ceiling damage below. After explaining this in a letter, PJ Fitzpatrick went above and beyond and reimbursed us in full for those additional expenses—despite not being the company that did the original work. "The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."
