"CFS sent out a crew, a day earlier than expected...a giant plus. The 2 man crew (it was a small project), arrived and explained what they would be doing and then went straight to work. After completion of the work, the crew cleaned up the worksite area and then explained again what they had done, how long to let it cure before painting and even suggested a quality paint. Cleaning up afterwards is a giant plus. The 2 man crew were friendly, polite and professional and down to earth with their explanations. The final plus with Central Florida Stucco was that they gave me a military discount."

"I hired Clayton to repair the crumbling stucco on my garage wall and to reframe some of the areas of my garage. Not everyone that does stucco work can do carpentry, most of the other people that came out to see my house couldn't even give me an initial quote because they subcontracted out that portion You're not going to get bottom barrel prices from Clayton because he pays his workers a fair rate, he was not the cheapest but he was definitely not the most expensive . I found his prices to be pretty reasonable, even though I was in another state entirely I trusted Clayton and he got the work done. He notified me of additional damage- crumbling window sills and cracked windows, and again gave me a fair price to get the work done. He is proactive and definitely knows what he is doing. I intend to use him again. I will enclose photos once I can figure out this new platform"

"Contacted ABC on a Friday afternoon and left a message. He returned my call promptly. We agreed to have him come over on Monday to look at the work and give me a bid. He did so, and gave me a price for the initial work I needed done that was half what I was expecting. I asked him what he could do for double the price. He checked out the entire pool enclosure and came back with a bid that was double the price but much more than double the work. I approved the work and asked him when he could do it. He said, "Now!" And so it was. Took him an hour or so to finish. I treated him to some ice water and we had a nice, brief chat. I can't endorse him enough! Absolutely the best example of small business in action."
