Tech was courtious and prompt. He told me the sprinkler electronics were nearly new, but my pump was missing! "I cannot say enough good things about them. My cat Conan was stuck at the very top of a thirty-foot palm tree. Jeremy came out quickly, as it was an emergency. He had the proper foot spikes to climb to the very top. Jeremy caught my cat, who was dehydrated and terrified. He carefully placed my cat into a basket, and lowered him to safety. Not even complaining when my cat peed all over him! To top this off, Jeremy would not take a penny for this, even though I tried to pay him. Other companies told me it would be $300.00 to come out.
