"The Service tech was efficient and qualified to do the job. He did his job in an hour explained everything he needed and would do and the cost. With that said I will not hire this company again. Their charges are not appropriate for the time spent at site.They charge by the job not the hour which they explained but I needed the job done immediately so I had them complete the work. My job was simple enough to be completed in an hour and the cost was over $250. I will not recommend them to anyone. They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. These charges might work for some people, but not someone in my tax bracket."

Lew said tomorrow would be better for him, but his comment was my food could spoil so he would be over when he finished the job he was working, Lew came after normal working hours and only charged me the standard fee. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for repair work. I asked him how long he has been doing repair work on appliances and he told me 53 years, He worked with his father doing appliance repairs when he was just a kid. I found that a lot of repair companies do not work on LG products. Lew does and he knows what he is doing!"
