"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

There were the usual hic-ups but were handled without problems. The bathroom looks great! This was a first for me but Eddie and Vince made it easier. "Carmen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. He came into a job after another reneged. He steered us in the right direction. Not only is Carmen doing beautiful vinyl wood floors and laying new carpet, but turns out we needed our powder room sub floor replaced and our front door replaced due to rotted wood. Nothing is too much trouble. He can do it all! I only wish I knew Carmen before I hired someone to install my granite counters and kitchen island. "Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled. I would recommend him or have him return for another job. I am very happy with my replacement toilet as well as Toby's excellent service!"
