"They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

"I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. They got to my house at 12:01 and presented me with a bill for $289 at 12:25! I tried to question the plumber about the over charge but all to no effect. I pad way to much for a job that should have been handles in a trip charge/service call. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! Never again."

"Bailey Brother’s replaced the blower motor in our AC February 2021. Bracket on the motor broke over the weekend and caused the motor to be free spinning. We replaced the bracket to get through the weekend. Motor went out this afternoon again. Tech came out, told us the blower motor would be $1090 to install. Quoted us $4800 for a whole new internal unit. We had a blower motor we had from a friend, had tech wire it so that we could use that for the time being, cost us $135 for that and when we turned on the AC, it’s turns out the tech did not wire it correctly because it would not turn on. Husband called tech and he was told they would not come back out unless we bought the $1090 motor. We went to Durham’s on the south side of OKC, got the blower motor for $306 plus tax and a quote for the whole unit $1600. Office states their price includes installation. That would be $784 for installation of the blower motor and $3200 for the full unit."

"Beware of very high pricing! Please shop around and get multiple quotes. We called Gordon's because their name was on the furnace of a house we bought. It ended up being a gas control valve. They quoted me $1,200 to repair it. I knew something was off so I told them I'd think about it, and ended up having to pay a $99 service fee for them to come look at it. I did some research and called another company we used before. Parts and labor were $400 total for the same problem/fix and they fixed it within an hour. No service fee charged. What a rip. Call that a $99 lesson learned. Not only that, when we called to ask them to initially come out they did not tell us up front it would cost $99 to just look and diagnose it. I tried calling Gordon's today to reconcile this problem and they stuck to their guns. So I'm writing this to ask people to please consider getting a second quote to prevent double or in my case, triple paying for an easy fix."

"On April 14, 2025, I entered into contract with Oklahoma Custom Drainage and Construction for a driveway project in front of my property. for $ 10,972. Despite the company assurance that all the work was done in house with the proper permits, the City of Lawton Building Division has issued me a citation for construction without a permit. The work performed doesn't meet the minimum city requirements for thickness, rebar installation and it is too narrow to accommodate the width of my truck. When I contacted their office with concerns regarding the citation from the city for the lack of permit and to express my concerns for the aforementioned deficiencies the company director of operations got very defensive stating that the job was closed, inspected, completed in accordance with all legal code standards. Furthermore, she stated, to direct all my concerns to their subcontractor. When I indicated that I hire them not the subcontractor, she refused to further communicate with me. "

"The guys who showed up were very efficient in locating and fixing the leak. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact, we scheduled another appointment for them to come back and take care of a few minor repairs. The company is now called Starks Pro Mechanical."

"Wasn’t going to leave a review but figured I should warn any women who think about calling here. I was quoted $3200 for a reroute of a cold water line. They sent Justin, obviously the worst plumber on their team, to come find the leak, couldn’t do so, then told me he would need to pressure test the hot water line to figure it out. But, in doing so, my hot water line could explode and I’d have to replace both. Imagine your plumber telling you that they’d cause your hot water line to explode but you’re responsible for paying them to repair it!! A real helpless feeling. With the help of another plumber, he found the leak. He also did a bunch of other work no one asked him to do and charged me $3000 to replace one singular line in my house. Idk how that math works when the whole cold water line was quoted at $3200. He left my house a mess, knocked a hole in my dining room, and messed up the reroute to not even provide cold water to my washing machine. Only giving this company two stars cause Cliff came to my house to apologize, bring a different plumber out to fix the first guys work, and covered the repairs to the drywall. Still the worst plumbing experience of my life that lasted 4 days and feel scammed."
