"The project went great! Santa was a joy to work with. She worked quickly and thoroughly. She was very responsive to questions or concerns I had. She gave me options and recommendations, that I needed because I'm a bachelor who was doing his first kitchen remodel. Santa even helped me out with problem solving at the end when we had an issue with the refrigerator fit. She did research and made calls to make sure that the problem would be resolved as fast and as cheap as possible."

Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. "Excellent service. I now feel secure knowing that my sump pump will go on if the power goes off. Unfortunately, I didn’t install the battery backup before the March storms. After Global had done several jobs for me in the past, I thought I was finally going to live without water in my basement but Mother Nature had other ideas. Luckily Bob came to my rescue rather quickly after the flooding. Now I KNOW I’ll be water-free. Bob has never tried to pressure me into buying something I don’t need or can’t afford but I wish I had bought the battery years ago when he first told me about it. I won’t make that mistake again. Cost-wise, Bob will break down the requested work into separate jobs and estimate each so I can make a decision if I can afford all of the work or only some of it. I don't think I've ever worked with a service provider who either answers his phone immediately or calls back promptly. Bob has always kept our appointments, except once when another customer had an emergency. He said he was willing to come over later after hours if I needed him that day. We set up another day for my job, as rescheduling was not a problem for me. I really appreciated that he didn't leave me hanging by not showing up or not calling, like a lot of service providers do. Bob cares about his customers and I’m happy to recommend him and his company."

"They arrived early. That’s usually a good thing. But I had to go out quickly before they arrived. They didn’t call 30 minutes before arriving like they’d promised. So it was hectic off the bat. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. I hired them because they market themselves as a full-service septic maintenance/repair/engineering company. I got the sense that they didn’t want to deal with me."

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly.
