Daniel, the foreman, was always willing to answer any questions I had and all of the men were very polite. I felt with all of our flowerbeds it was a difficult job, but they said it was not too bad for them. At one point in the 4 day job I saw 5 employees working in various parts of our yard. They were efficient and seemed to work very well together. Since installation we have had a well running sprinkler system and are so happy with our choice of Rainwagon Irrigation, Inc."

He not only sent to men out to repair the line, they also took the time to review every single zone and every head to make sure things were running as expected to their standard. My normal company hadn't returned 3 calls, these folks not only took the call they got me scheduled in the same day because of the problem. These men spent 6 hours at my house and tuned my system to handle all of the updates that i had performed to the yard. They covered every concern that my wife and I had. From initial contact with Heather in their office, through project planning with Bill, project coordination managed by Cecil, and final installation overseen by Tony, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome to our project. A family-owned and run business, Hyatt goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered. They provided multiple options to meet our project needs, always sensitive to our budget constraints. On-site installation was fast and professional, with nightly clean-up, tarping of exposed soil to prevent erosion and limit mud during brief periods of rain, and final cleaning that included washing down all dirt and soil leavings from the road in front of our house. Hyatt was also very careful with our neighbors' yards, as our lots are small--they sprayed off cars to remove dust and repaired any minor damage to side-yards while being very careful to stay on our property to the extent possible. Our project included a new 512 sq ft paver patio, installation of a gas line for an outdoor grill, and removal and replacement of old landscaping in both the rear and front yards. During the project we exposed existing sprinkler lines that needed repair and/or re-routing; Hyatt also changed some sprinkler lines to drip to keep the new beds watered with minimal waste. Hyatt coordinated all the necessary subcontractors for our project including tree removal, plumbing, and electric work. Hyatt is fully insured and used subs that were likewise insured. Very professional, very attentive, with excellent on-site project management. We'd hire Hyatt again for any future projects we might have."
