"I contacted B-Dry Solutions in early June, 2024 to install an egress window in my basement. The price was reasonable and they communicated well all throughout the whole process. I received calls from the scheduler at the main office the week prior to installation and she was very helpful giving me an idea of what to expect. The installation team came on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 and completed the entire installation in seven (7) hours. The installation team (Jordan, Matt, Cody-1 and Cody-2) was professional, they knew their job responsibilities, and were efficient with their time. I was extremely pleased with all the work they completed and the end result was a beautiful installation. The inspector came this afternoon and highly commended the finished job. "The Metal roofing was fine but the Bathroom was not good they had to put all the drywall up they put down a new counters and bathtub and surround when they finished the toilet start leaking the whole frame rusted out and the tiles on the floor one of them is underneath the sink cabinet and sticking out half an each and the cabinet surround has leak and leak in to my living room they did not give me a price on how much would it cost and came back a week later mentioned that we need to pay another 4000 for the drywall they did not provide the light bar on the medicine cabinet that was a extra cost and not installed toilet paper in and a back stand they charge me extra for the wiring did not sand the trim on the window."
