"We hired Silverlake Construction for a fairly large complicated addition that involves pretty much every building trade craft there is. They have been great so far, Jorge and his crews definitely know what they're doing. Once we got the plans and contract fully hashed out they got the permit approved 3x quicker than the other guys said it would take and immediately started working hard and getting things done fast. We're about halfway thru the project now and so far we've been super impressed with everything, the exterior is looking fantastic and the interior is about to start getting the drywall, floors and finishes. We have no doubt that we'll be happy with the finished product. Jorge is a good guy, he's put up with us making changes or special requests late in the game and made them happen. Anyways, I can't recommend them enough, the pricing is fair and work is high quality"

"I used DDR to have a patio added to the back of my house. The whole process was extremely streamlined and required very little interaction on my part. To start the project, Jesse came out to talk about my ideas and what DDR could feasibly do. He ended up pitching a few of his own ideas to me which I ended up going with and am super pleased that I did based on the finished product. When the project started, my project manager, Kyle, was extremely easy to work with and was always professional and courteous whenever I would call him with any questions or concerns. The teams that DDR uses (framers, roofers, concrete crew, etc.) all did extremely good work and got their work done at an impressive rate. A stand out from the DDR contractors is their electrician, Jason Sanders. Jason and his crew wired up two outlets, a fan, and a flood light for the patio after helping me figure out the best way to wire everything to do what I wanted. I was expecting them to have to cut a lot of drywall to be able to run the wires, but they were able to run the wires without damaging any drywall and were able to get everything wired exactly the way I wanted it. Overall I am extremely pleased with the build quality of my new patio and the experience that I have had with the DDR team."
