My apologies to the third crewman as I cannot remember his name but he always seemed to be exactly where Chris and Zack needed him. "They did a same-day house call. They cleaned the flame sensor to get it working again. Several parts were old and need to be replaced. They gave me a quote for fixing the rest. Brian and Kyle came out to the house. They were perfect - friendly, professional, explained everything to me clearly. It was $125 to come out and $90 every 1/2 hour for the diagnostic. Total: $305. A little pricey, but not bad to get your heat working again on short notice."
