"My whole world crumbled when my bathroom leaked water down my walls and out of my ceiling. I didn't know what to do. I'm a new home owner and have never processed a claim through my insurance. Wes showed up to my house in all the mess. He was there within an hour of the issue happening. Not only did he and his company take care of the damage, they took care of everything with the insurance company. I was out of my home for over three weeks. My animals were displaced and I had to leave my kitties locked in the basement. They went so far above and beyond, they even fed and watered my cats! It was a stressful situation, but they took so much pressure off of me by handling everything! When I was finally able to go back home, not only was the water damage gone, my house was sparkling clean from top to bottom on both floors of my house. My house hasn't been this clean ever! It's like I walked into a brand new home. They updated me everyday. I never had to reach out, because they were in constant communication. I am so blessed this company came in and saved the day. The work was phenomenal. You better believe I have them saved in my phone. I was assured they do all manner of work my home could possibly need. I explained my need to have my bathroom modified with grab bars for our tub & shower, I was given an immediare $ quote. Within 45 mins. the technician/installer was at my house . Entire job took less than 2-hrs to install 4 grab bars. ADA guidelines and hardware adhered to, technician was polite and very neat. I would most definitely use their services again and I highly recommend this company for aging-in-place products & services."
