"My old garage door came off the track so I called Freedom Garage Door Services, and made an appointment to get an estimate. Some one was there the next day and not only gave me an estimate, but helped get the door closed until they could get out with the new one. My old opener still worked ok so he suggested we use it again to save money as well as a couple of other things. All in all the install was fast and clean and the door works great- I would definitely recommend!"

"It went great!  I cannot recommend this company highly enough!  When I first started getting estimates Jay was available to come out the next day.  He looked over my house and gave me a firm quote right away.  He answered my questions and told me about the experienced painters he has on his paint crew. <br /> It took me a bit to get my other estimates and make my decision.  Overall, I really felt that NW Pro Services was going to give me the best quality paint job of all the Angie's List companies I spoke with.  I called Jay and he told me he would get back with me with a date to do the cleaning, which would be done first and billed separately from the paint job.  He called back shortly and said that they actually could do the cleaning the next day.  I was glad that I didn't have to wait. <br /> The cleaning crew arrived right on time and worked from 8:30 until 3:30 or so.  There was a crew of 2, and one started on the roof while the other one cleaned the driveway and concrete surfaces.  They were very thorough, and very professional.  Every person I met from NW Pro Services is someone I felt comfortable with, and happy to have around my home.  When they were finished they walked around the entire house and shop with me to verify I was happy with the work.  Everything looked great!  They even cleaned the brick light posts I have out front and the entire asphalt driveway, walkways, etc. <br /> Jay told me he had a couple of jobs ahead of mine and would let me know when they could paint. He answered all my questions, and was very agreeable with some changes I had figured out after the original estimate. I wanted some extra trim painted, and clarified that the fence between the house and shop needed to be included. He assured me that his paint crew would be able to take care of it.  <br /> Jay called me on Sunday August 16th to tell me that they could start my job the next day on the 17th, if I was ready for them (had my colors picked, etc).  So we agreed to start on the 17th.  On the 17th Jay arrived on site with the paint crew, Ryan and Bubba. We walked around our house discussing the details of my paint job, and things I was concerned about.  <br /> Ryan and Bubba got started right away.  The 2 of them spent 2 1/2 days prepping and masking the house getting it ready for paint. They primed the fence and got it painted in the trim color on Tuesday. On Wednesday they added an additional person to the team.  John helped complete the masking, making sure that only the surfaces that needed paint were painted.  John had done the roof part of the cleaning earlier in the month, and I was happy to see him back. They took a lunch break and started spraying the main body of the house Wednesday afternoon.  Since they spent so much time with the prep work the painting went smoothly and quickly.  <br /> <p>They completed spraying the main house color on Wednesday.  On Thursday Jay came back out to check on everything.  My husband and I had concerns about one wall on the back of the shop where the paint didn?t look even, and we had problems with the caulking since the hardi-plank siding was put in with extra-large gaps.  Ryan (the painter in charge of the overall job) fixed those spots and repainted the entire back wall of the shop for us.  That took care of the problem.  We had 4 people working on the trim and downspouts on Thursday.  They primed any areas that needed it, and both painters recommended some special things to help make our house look great.</p> <p>On Friday the crew was reduced to 2, and they finished the trim, put my lights back up, and re-attached the downspouts to the gutters. Ryan spend ½ the day looking for and completing touch-ups to make sure everything was perfect.  He has such a good eye and found many spots that he wanted to fix.  His attention to detail and level of exptertise was remarkable.  The entire crew takes great pride in their work, and really enjoys transforming a house with a new paint job.<br />  <br /> The paint crew is given the time and materials to do whatever it takes to complete the job to a high level of quality.  They also used Sherwin Williams top quality paint - Duration.  I highly recommend them, and cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. Everyone had a great attitude and was pleasant to interact with. </p> <br /> <br />"

"They did a fantastic job! Barbara was so awesome at helping me to figure out what I wanted. She gave me a couple of suggestions that I hadn’t thought about and I am so glad she did because those two ideas are my favorites that I did! Justin was also awesome with the installation- he was so very friendly fast and the quality of his work is amazing. I just can’t say enough about Shelf Genie- would definitely recommend them and if you are able to get Barbara and/or Justin that would be even more of a bonus!"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Called three different leak detection services after digging up half the yard, totally exhausted. This was the only one that even responded. Mike was super nice on the phone and kept us informed when he would be there. He found the leak UNDER THE ASPHALT DRIVEWAY, after about 45 minutes. We never would have found it if not for him. A LIFESAVER!"

"Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. And, if you have a service warranty on your vehicle, they bill them for you. Thank you for your great customer service!"

"Robert and Pamela Johnson are excellent, reliable resources for general household repairs and renovations. They are professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and very personable. I've come to rely on them for any thing I can't do myself around the house that doesn't require a professional electrician, plumber, or specialized repairman. They schedule estimates and work quickly, provide firm, reasonable estimates, show up on time, are always professional, do quality work, and are never sloppy or leave a mess. Thanks to business growth, they sometimes use subcontractors, who aren't always as good as Robert, but still get the job done. They've also provided good referrals for jobs that are outside their repertoire (they don't do jobs they don't have experience with). <br /> - December 2013: replace rotted deck boards, replace 2 windows, replace baseboard. $930 <br /> - November 2012: replace fixtures in master bath, remove wall fixtures and patch large hole in wall, install front door lockset, replace baseboards, install new porch light.  $1008. The bath fixtures were the most complex, as they had to coordinate with the contractors doing the remodel and do different parts at different times. The new fixtures of course didn't match the connections or footprint of the old ones, so Robert had to get creative, esp. with the tub layout. They did a great job patching the wall, replacing baseboards, and installing a new porch light that had a different footprint and setup than the previous one. The only hitch was that they cracked the edge of a large picture window when replacing it (very large, heavy window on the second floor); but Robert ordered a new one and covered the cost. He's also good about taking responsibility and replacing any accidental damage without being asked, including broken snap beads on the windows. <br /> - November 2012: replace chandelier in two-story foyer. $180 <br /> - October 2012: replace 5 failed double-pane glass units (4 windows and a sliding-glass door). $1335 for materials and labor. <br /> - May 2010: replace exterior water pipe and hose bib. $196. I should have used RH the first time, as this was the 2nd repair of an exposed pipe running under the deck. Another plumber installed copper piping and it was expensive and only lasted one year - the pipe broke in freezing weather. Robert used PEX plastic tubing and it works great. <br /> - May 2009: replace window, install kitchen faucet (owner-supplied). $516 <br />"

"She had to reschedule because of snow but showed up on time at the new appointment date. It took about three hours and she did a very nice job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout in our master bath which included the shower enclosure, floors and counter top. She removed the old silicone seals from around the bottom of the shower and the kitchen sink and replaced them with the appropriate materials. She also added a bead of clear silicone along the edge of the tub and floor in our guest bathroom. Very professional."
