"Heard a noise in my attic  thought it was a squirrel. I've been living at this residence  since 1977 never had this problem before, I called up the 1st pest-control place I found they said they would call me back never did. So I called up plateau pest control near my home in Covington,  they answer the phone right away they said they would be out at 6:30 PM. They could  have put me off to the following day but they didn't! A young man by the name of SOKHARA came out at 7 o'clock. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

He quickly evaluate the situation went up in the attic and discovered I had  a rat situation. He  Quickly went up to the roof and sealed off all  exits , checked area for any possible entry-level. After that was done he went into the attic again  and put down 7 traps . He said he would be back next week to check  Everything out. He also laid down a trap near the house, he didn't wind up leaving until 10 o'clock. I wouldn't hesitate  calling  these guys up again .  They did a great job would highly recommend them."

"Permadry sent Ryan out for an inspection of my crawlspace to address any drainage issues. I was asked on the phone when scheduling whether there were any signs of rodents in the crawlspace and, because I thought it was likely, they sent Ryan who was experienced in that area. On the outside perimeter inspection Ryan gave a couple of good suggestions for where we could limit sources of water making its way to the crawlspace. These suggestions could be implemented more cheaply on on our own than through Permadry. When I described the amount of water in the crawlspace, Ryan was frank in saying that that amount did not constitue any major work on their part. Another drainage professional who had come out earlier had given us an estimate for a sump pump and piping that was in the thousands of dollars, so hearing from Permadry that it wasn't a major concern was a relief. Ryan did agree to do an inspection of the crawlspace despite thinking it unneccessary - I was concerned my description or understanding wasn't correct - and confirmed the rodent issue and no major drainage issue. He gave us a referral for a pest control company and so far I am pleased with the work done by them.
