Repairing a leak and replacing a kitchen faucet at one house and and at the second he replaced a hot water tank. The hot water tank had been leaking for awhile and Garret recommended that the floor be replaced(it was pressed partial board that had been softened by the leaking tank). He brought everything “up to code” so I know going forward that this. Project is completed. The work was done quickly and I paid a fair price for the work.
