"I was very pleased that they showed up as quickly as they did and were able to repair the damage. I'd purchased the $50.00 deal which included a $100.00 credit towards any repairs. They found issues with the roof we'd just had purchased two years prior and we were eager to get the estimate for repairs after speaking with our contractor and him agreeing to pay for them. But after three attempts to get the estimate, I called a fourth time only to get the message that the mail box was full and I had no other way to contact them. It is very unfortunate because I was initially impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Therefore, I couldn't give them an entirely positive review.

She came later with a contract to sign, and I paid half of the contract. After the glass arrived, she came and installed it. She was very quick and competent, and it all looked great when she was done. We were very pleased and would recommend them."
