"Shawn, with Super Floor Store, did a fantastic job of bathtub to shower conversion in two of our bathrooms. The quality of the work was over-the-top terrific. Beyond that the cost of the project was tremendous and was done well within the projected time frame. In fact we got a bid from another company that was $20K more than the Super Floor Store. We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful. They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. They had massive issues with communication, ordering the correct parts, in short, their office personnel logistically failed. The install team itself was fantastic, very cleanly, very efficient, very friendly. The supervisor was very professional and was there everyday with his guys. The sales lady took about 5hrs to do the estimate which is insane. I only went with everything because I needed the showers up and running."
