Got the part and he installed it and verified everything was working correctly with no leaks of water or natural gas. "The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."

Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."
