Get matched with top wood or fiber cement siding repair or partial replacement pros in Sheridan, IN

"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"Got a reasonable quote for repair of loose vinyl siding. Repair was scheduled and friendly crew arrived to fix the siding. They conducted the repair and even cleaned some of gutters. Great experience and repair well done."

"Steve did a thorough investigation of some damaged fiber-cement siding on my house also replacement of some rotted wooden trim. The repairs he proposed addressed the actual damaged areas versus excessive repairs identified in quotes from other contractors. The work was performed efficiently and at a reasonable cost compared to other quotes I received."

"Priority home solutions is an excellent and reputable company for all home repair situations. Donnie Mayes is incredible to work with. If it wasn't for him, I would've had to pay over 60% of a roof replacement. Earlier this year, we had some shingles starting to come off due to storms and wind as did others in the neighborhood. The damage only worsened as time went on and finally I had Donnie come out and help me through the insurance claim process and working directly with our adjuster to explain why the insurance company should be liable to cover the cost of the roof. A couple weeks later after materials were ordered and received, Donnie and his installation crew came out and tore off my old roof and put on a new one all in one day. They were very respectful and left my product cleaner than how they found it! If you have damage to your home and need to make insurance claims, you are missing the opportunity to maximize your repair or replacement process if you are not working with Priority Home Solutions! Thank you Donnie and Team! Excellent work!"

"I wasn't particularly impressed with their approach, partly due to the high price of the quote and partly due to the fact that they only wanted to use siding on the existing and soffit and just paint all the facing and trim boards. He also refused to leave his worksheet with me which seemed a little odd to me."

"Deck board repair, redid our exterior wood shutters. Price was somewhat higher than anticipated, but needed it done asap and they were able to fit us in and did really good work. Id recommend them, yep."
