In addition to helping us with that issue, Angel Bernabe from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers helped us with an issue with one zone that we had had since we bought the house. We had been told by a prior vendor that the issue we were having would likely require us to dig up our driveway to repair it. Angel was able to identify the issue and repair it on the spot (no driveway disruption required) and we have a fully functional sprinkler system for the first time since we bought the house. Angel was very knowledgable and very professional. We intend to ask him to come back to give an estimate on landscape lighting based on our great experience."

They did a great job getting the yard back into shape, and then on the next round of maintenance, cleaned up all of the leaves. Because I could not go out to see the house, after each service visit, Manny texted me pictures of what they did. We are very pleased with the care his crew exercised in cleaning up the yard so thoroughly on their initial visit, and they did a nice job maintaining the yard on their second visit. Manny even offered to return to the house to bring the leaf bags to the curb on the day of pick up, since we live far from the house and could not do it ourselves. "Michael Marks was the arborist for our area who came to give the estimate. It was fair compared to other quotes so we hired them and they scheduled the tree removal within the next couple of days. We didn't even need to be home. The workers came on-time and didn't ask us to even sign anything before they left and didn't leave a mess either. However, after they left we noticed they didn't trim the large front tree back as much as we wanted and did not remove the stumps from a couple trees (which we paid extra for). I have left 3 messages for Mike Marks about a follow-up and he has yet to call or contact me and it has been 3 weeks since the job finished. Very disappointing customer service.  Especially when the homeowner does not need to be present, there should be better follow-up on customer satisfaction."

"Slow to provide proposal, but report on proposal delay on Angies list resulted in quick response. Proposal was a bit pricey, but they were able to do the work quickly. Arrived with a crew of 3 and worked 2 up in the trees and one on ground (helping with lines and hauling limbs to chipper). Very professional crew who were safety conscious, and careful to move items on the ground that could be damaged by falling limbs. My trees are very tall and they went way up these trees to do the work properly( only 1 could be done by cherry picker). They seemed to have all of the specialized saws, and equipment needed to do the job properly. Cleaned up after the work very professionally. Completed job in 1 day."
