"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional!! The men they sent to do the actual install were clearly hard working and competent. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. Crew worked hard and very professional. Well equipped with all tools. They cleaned out all the crab-grasses, leveled the whole yard, aerate the lawn and put up a truck load topsoil. They worked almost nonstop for one and half days and didn't miss any details. We are very pleased with their job and our yard is great now.
