"Rogelio Hernandez did an excellent job by removing all of the damaged water proof surface on my balcony and replacing all of the damaged wood framing (due to water and termite damage). He gets my appreciation for his professionalism, ability to adapt to unexpected issues and good communication skills (he responded to a multitude of questions I asked and kept me well informed regarding the process). He was also willing and able to hire a sub to replace the surface waterproofing once the framing was complete. I am happy with the job he completed by repairing my balcony. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen."

"Too expensive @ $3,450,. He's very good I'm sure, He sounds like his company is a 1st class company, using only the BEST materials and workmanship..Maybe an OVER-KILL, since we're selling our house & only need it to pass inspection. Other quotes came in: 1st: $1,250.00 (very good handyman that we've used before for home repairs- painting entire interior of house of 1,325sq.ft', wood repairs., 2nd Quote: Termite Co quoted $800-$900 w/out painting. They were the company that will tent our house and also quoted us for Patio Repairs. Much more affordable and WOULD PASS OUR HOUSE INSPECTION REPAIR WORK. We're deciding which of the other 2 quotes we'll hire. Either company can do the job well."

"Raúl is wonderful to work with in every way, he is a highly detailed professional with decades of experience, he (and his excellent crew) repaired, redesigned, replaced and rebuilt a rather tired and rotten decking area. He added great design and clever elements to the new deck that made it far superior to the old deck (even compared to when it was originally built) I can not say enough good things about Raúl! His calm, polite and professional manner is something that is lost nowadays. I am going to use him on multiple upcoming projects that I have planned."

"Ulisses was professional, friendly and answered all my questions before the work started. I had old cabinets and he did a good job fixing it and touching them up. Despite the late afternoon start, he didn't rush it and stayed until he felt it was done right."

"Oscar was quick and responsive, his estimate was fair and reasonable, and his work was top quality. He painted four rooms for us over two days and we are very happy with the quality and excited to move into our new apartment. Thank you, Oscar!"
