The job required removal of drywall from the ceiling, replacement of the deck drain above, several days of blowers to ensure the moisture was gone, treating for any potential mold, and then patching of the roughly 8'x8' hole. The work is excellent, and it rained right after the job was finished with no leaking. Tony insisted that the job site was squeaky clean when the crew left every day. He was very accommodating when I asked if the ceiling could be painted a lighter color. The family room and the upstairs patio look better than ever with fresh coats of paint. We are already thinking of other projects that Tony can help us with. We recommend him highly, and so does our shepherd/husky Chloe and our doberman Beau, who loved having extra humans to give them attention for a few days."
