The whole process of working with Barney and Jasper was very smooth and easy, we had no problems that they could not solve through out the entire process. "Working with Irit and Raul and their team was a dream. From beginning to end, they treated our pool build as if it they were doing it for themselves. They took meticulous care with our property, including making it possible for our dog and toddler to continue to safely use the yard throughout construction, and cleaning dust and debris from the site daily. Their attention to detail was evident from the very beginning, when they cleaned up permit filing errors made by our previous contractor and engineer. They provided clear and accurate estimates and cost breakdowns. Their team showed up reliably 5 days a week (and sometimes Saturday’s!) and there was visible progress made every single day— it was clear they were moving along efficiently, and when Raul walked us through nuts and bolts of the process, we saw that he was doing the highest quality of work (even the company we eventually hired to maintain the pool commented on how well it was built!). We started the pool build intending to do the landscaping at another time, but we saw quickly that Irit’s expertise would elevate the whole project, and contracted Aqua Care for landscaping as well. We have never finished a construction project on our home with such warm feelings for and full confidence in the work done by our contractors. We could recommend Aqua Care more highly!"

"I am not sure how the rating for this company is so high, as my experience with them is one of the worst I've had in a while. I needed a few water-damaged planks on my deck replaced and then painted. Though this project was smaller in scope, getting the Danny Deck team to finish the job correctly was anything but simple. The issues are too extensive to describe in detail, so I've included them in bullet points below: 1) The pricing was on the higher side of the quotes I gathered, but I liked the staff, so I went with them. 2) Most contractors, including the rep from this company, said the project was a 3-5 day job. Instead, they rushed and squeezed the entire project into just 2 days! 3) After realizing how quickly the team completed the job, I double-checked with them to ensure they finished several details we had gone over at the beginning of the project. They said yes. Upon checking myself, they did not. 4) Not only was the job unfinished, but I ended up with the NEW problem of an exceptionally squeaky deck that wasn't there before they worked on it. 5) The painters painted sloppily along the concrete walls the deck was adjacent to and bits on the door frame entering the house. 6) The painters also took the paint home with them, so I had to chase them down for weeks to fix the paint job myself. 7) Every time I set a time to meet them at the house to fix the issues they left behind, they were either late or just didn't show up at all. It's almost comical how unprofessional of an experience this was. Instead of taking 3-5 days, it took 5 weeks from start to finish to wrap this project up. And with a $4,500 price tag, I cannot believe how much chasing around I had to do to have them finish the job and undo mistakes that weren't even there before they touched the deck in the first place. The only reason there's a second star on this review is because they were generally pleasant to deal with. But the amount of time exhausted trying to get them to finish the job was too staggering for kindness to be enough. I could not on my conscience recommend this company."

"Jeff, Leonard and all the workers are the BEST !! My new yard is my favorite place to hang out. They listened to my dream, took into consideration my budget and gave me what I asked for. They also completed it when they said they would ( that never happens). The workers were nice as well as respectful of my space. They even put up with my naughty dogs when necessary. If I ever decide to do my front yard I will definitely be calling them back."
