"This is a very professional company. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and quick with answers. My house is very old and the city required it to be decked over the 1x12 shiplap boards. The estimator dealt with the city and my insurance and was very quick on answers. The work was excellent and some boards were replaced that I thought I would have to do. I would recommend this company to all. If I need another roof due to weather, I'll call Lon Smith roofing. I had first called another roofing company that was advertised on the radio. I was not impressed with that company but knew I wanted to go with Lon Smith after calling them."

"I did my homework and got several estimates to replace my roof. I finally decided to go with Norwood Roofing Systems. And I am very happy that I did. Mike Norwood was the salesperson who came to the house and explained thoroughly the process. He is very experience and patient which made me at ease to ask dummy questions. Mike and his teams are very professional and did amazing work. I got my new beautiful charcoal roof which I requested the color. I got a bad leak which damaged badly a rafter of my roof, Mike and his teams took care of it graciously. My gutters are all replaced and the work was nicely done with extra things with I did not even thought about. Little things like diverts make very much sense. I also got several of my screens replaced. It was quick and fast. The whole process was very smooth and done on time. We had rain on the day of install but the teams waited the next two days until the rain was stopped to start the work. I did not lose my spot on the working list. "Time from consultation to install was longer than expected because they had to come for a second and third measurement but they were able to stay within the 6-8 week timeframe we were originally given. I?m sure we may have been able to find cheaper options out there but I love the new windows! The windows replaced are on the west side of the house (we live in Phoenix, AZ) and what was once the most unbearable portion of our home due to heat is now the cooler part of our home. Our AC doesn't run as long and we don't need to keep our curtains closed 24/7 in order to stay cool. The install crew was quick, professional and courteous in regards to clean up. There was a slight error with the screens we ordered but they are already rectifying that and we'll have the correct screens in a week or so. I?d recommend them but beware that you're paying more for a better quality window. We are excited to have new windows just in time for the hot Arizona summer!"
