"Team of 3. Efficient, professional, neat, clean. Removed shoes before working in the house, cleaned up everything inside and outside before they left. We had some minor rotting around a couple of the windows which they replaced the wood and then wrapped exterior in aluminum. Caulked and sealed all windows, no gaps anywhere. 1st visit was overview/demo/sales pitch. Measured and counted windows. Gave price, approved payment options. Took about 4 hours. 2nd visit a few days later, measured again, verified work. 3rd visit, install, 3 weeks after 2nd visit. Pay after work completed and satisfied. They did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that I did not need roof repair, as State Farm pushed for (out of my pocket) in order to keep home insurance on my new (old) home purchase. They could have taken the money and replaced the rippling, lumpy, or curved shingles, when in fact it's a structural issue under the roofing. I SO appreciate their honesty. I was very impressed with them and their company and will be hiring them for gutter repair, which they quoted same day. They are writing up an official report for State Farm on their letterhead to report their findings and State Farm's false accusations of a roof that is only 3 years old.
