They showed up on time, every time and put in a full day. They put in a new porch and did a major overhaul of my roof and trim. They walked into a real mess and guided me through the entire process with various options. I could not have been more pleased. I will be using them for everything in the future. "My sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were friendly and did a great job installing my hardwoods. I am very pleased with my beautiful new floors. The only things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are (1) the types of installation was never discussed with me (and I didn’t know at the time there was more than one option, so be sure to ask about this) and (2) after doing about 2/3 of the flooring I noticed that the installers laid the hardwood planks on top of the vinyl instead of pulling the vinyl up (not sure if this is normal)."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."
