"Zack showed up on time and had my siding repair knocked out fast. I also hired Zack separately to install my fence stringers and posts. I have the sturdiest and most level fence in my neighborhood!"

"Project: Replace the roof turbine or remove the base and repair the hole. Decision: Remove the turbine base and repair the hole. Vince was able to schedule Mike to repair the hole and re-shingle the area very quickly. The repair took only a couple of hours. The patch blends very nicely with the rest of the roof. Greet job."

"Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. They came exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job, using high quality materials and workmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of roof repairs, or as I did a new roof and new gutters and downspouts."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"Awesome customer service! Roof was leaking following heavy storms. Repair was fast! Denny completed the repair with honesty. Great to see in 2020!"

"Very professional, fast service. Highly recommend them for roof repair."

"It went great. Scott is very knowledgeable in solar as well as construction in general. He holds the best interest of the customer above everything and does clean work."

"What a pleasant experience to have hired Avila Roofing; due to intermittent rain the work had to be rescheduled a couple of times, Juan kept me abreast via text messages. I am very satisfied with the work he did. Very courteous young man. Will hire again."

"Kyle at Southern Restoration, accompanied by a fellow employee, showed up on time and kept open communication about our appointment and their expected arrival time. They did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that I did not need roof repair, as State Farm pushed for (out of my pocket) in order to keep home insurance on my new (old) home purchase. They could have taken the money and replaced the rippling, lumpy, or curved shingles, when in fact it's a structural issue under the roofing. I SO appreciate their honesty. I was very impressed with them and their company and will be hiring them for gutter repair, which they quoted same day. They are writing up an official report for State Farm on their letterhead to report their findings and State Farm's false accusations of a roof that is only 3 years old. I highly recommend and look forward to doing necessary business with them in the future."

"Mike did a great job on my roof. The initial consult was thorough and straight forward. Unlike some of the other competitors who tried to upsell me on unneeded services, Mike offered me options and recommendations well within my budget. He offered me a fair price which came in at less than anyone else by several hundred dollars sent me pictures of the progress along the way. The crew Mike brought with him were respectful and professional. I had zero issue with this company and would absolutely use them again. Before you consider using an overprized franchise company, give Mike at MS Roofing a call."
