Mark took so much time to carefully explain to me what was going on, his thought process, and gave a fair estimate at a reasonable price! He showed attention to detail an used quality equipment that will last forever. I'd like to thank him for the little details. He replanted my plants he needed to move...he cleaned up after himself...and fixed small issues (such as leak in my drip irrigation) for free. He was even respectful to take off his cubersome shoes in my house (even though I preferred it but emphasized it was not necessary because I know he is doing a job). At the end of the day, it's the little details that turn a good specialist into a GREAT specialist. I am already looking into having him do more work for me!"
