A few things that I appreciated from Mr. Long was his professionalism an understanding to my needs as a homeowner. He called and texted before he arrived with an ETA. He ran into a bit of traffic so he texted stating he would be 10 minutes late. When he arrived he was very friendly and he introduced me to his associate. Mr. Long was sympathetic to my previous experience with a finisher who totally botched up the job because he simply was not qualified to perform the task. Me. Long was honest with his skills and he showed me pictures of his work from other jobs. My Mouldi g turned out beautiful. It was installed in less than an hour. "Summit Fence and their employees are phenomenal! My project was initially discussed, clarified, estimated (price), confirmed in writing and scheduled to begin in a very reasonable amount of time. I was expecting to have to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised that I was not having to wait as long as other contractors were estimating. Our job lasted one more day than originally thought, however, considering that the employees had to hand dig near buried utilities in order to avoid any costly damage, I was not bothered in the least with this delay. It was to be expected and appreciated. We were always notified when they arrived in the morning, and the foreman/supervisor (Ryan) made several visits to oversee that the project was being completed according to plan. Communication was NEVER LACKING with this company!!"
