"The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."

Expert Plumbing Pro was able to come out Saturday morning and replace and bring everything to code within a few hours. Fast service and fair price. When they were leaving I brought up am issue I had with a hose bib. Thye quoted it and repaired it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend and will use for any plumbing needs moving forward."
