"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. "Steve and His worker, Will. Installed a Chimney liner for me on Saturday. My Insurance company advised me to fix the bricks on the Chimney, then put in a liner. This was a last minute job, that needed to be done. I ordered the Liner, and called Steve to see when he would be able to put it in for me. I was expecting him to say that he was too busy and wouldn't be able to get to it until it was warmer. Steve told me he would come over and look at the job. Then He said, Will you be ready Saturday? I <br /> said, This Saturday? He said, Yes, This Saturday. He was concerned about the cold weather, and the advise of the Insurance agent. He didn't want to leave us without the use of the Chimney, or the Heater. Steve Showed up Saturday Morning, Fixed the brick, then installed the liner. "I noticed we had some water leaking around all three of the vent pipes going through our roof. I called and talked to John, who gave me a competitive quote, and we set up an appointment two days later. Eric and Jerry showed up on time and in about an hour, they replaced the boots around the vent pipes, sealed them, sealed around the chimney, and also sealed a dozen or more nail pops in the roof that they found while inspecting it. They showed before and after pictures of all the work. They were extremely nice and professional. Although I hope to never have a roof leak again, I'll certainly call Roof Repair Experts again when I do!"
