"This company did an amazing job removing old carpet and installing luxury vinyl tile (LVP) for a very reasonable price. The whole process was straight forward and there was no hard sell or gamesmenship we experienced with other contractors. The work was done in a timely manner as arranged by the company. The workmanship completely transformed the space. The base molding and shoe molding and caulking was flawless. The workers cleaned up after themselves and they did not damage the walls as other contractors have done. We would definitely hire this company again when we need flooring. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
