He had no issues replacing the toilet and even fixed some of my plumbing to make the water heater more efficient. He definitely knew his stuff when it came down to not only installing the water heater, but programming it at 130 degrees instead of the typical 120 degrees (due to a specific type of bacteria commonly found in our water around here).
