"Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. He worked later that normal working hours to make sure my problems were taken care of. I cetainly appreciated his efforts and that he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did not have to extend his day to the extent he did, but rather than re-schedule me, he completed my job as promised."

"I did everything I can to clear the blockage in my kitchen sink drain but it is totally blocked. I called Milltown Plumbing in the morning and they expected to send someone over later the day or the next day depends on how quick they can finish other works. They keep me updated when they can send someone over on the same day. Pedro came and fixed the blockage in no time with no mess. He is professional, kind and considerate. New PVC to the sewer line, new extra tap for the vent I'll need next year, re-routed old drains to not only look better, but everything is now tighter-knit and well-organized. Even threaded rods to bracket the drain and valve so that the whole system doesn't shake when it shuts off. I am thoroughly impressed with the focus, the time, and the result. Sila's pricing is high, but in this case I am convinced that I got what I paid for... a system that I won't have to worry about one bit, for many many years to come."

"First off, the consult was great. I was able to add services to my initial request and received a deal doing so. I also added a second set of services later that month. Adam and Steve completed the work and were completely professional and super efficient. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the work being performed. They worked with my schedule and were fantastic. I had a gas hook-up for a change from electric stove to gas stove - they even took care of the permits and inspection. They removed an old water access point for the fridge's icemaker that was in an awkward spot. They also added a regulator for the water pressure and water filtration system. Fantastic work all around. Should we need any more plumbing/gas work, I would definitely hire them again."

Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek."
