"Handy is a terrible platform. We have had 4-5 issues during our first 3 cleanings, including cleaners not showing up twice. We received no communication regarding the cleaners not showing up. When trying to get a remedy for these situations, “credits” are applied to future cleanings, but full price was already paid for the cleaning that never happened. On top of that, these “credits” seem to routinely disappear a few days before the next scheduled cleaning. It’s very shady and we’ve been incredibly unhappy with the service."
