"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

She made good recommendations for how to manage security for our home which has many windows at ground level. She helped with plans for the installation to ensure that no new holes had to be made in the walls. I purchased an additional keypad for convenience in entering or exiting through the basement door. <br /> The installation crew was on time and worked hard to install the system. When they encountered problems, they called a supervisor who helped to finish the job. A different telephone interface was required. This was done at no extra charge. A test of the system and home owner training was completed before the installers left. <br /> The system is easy to use. I can access the status or make changes on my phone and computer. <br /> Since the system has been installed, I have had occasion to notify Absolute Security when we have gone on vacation. They have always been helpful and courteous when I called. I am pleased with the quality of service provided. <br />"

"I received the system on time, set up was fairly easy. Activation support was superb and in the month since the alarm was activated it has worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

"It went perfectly. The technician was very resourceful, and set us up with an elegant solution that uses all our existing wiring. We loved his can-do attitude. Using his tall ladder, he did not need to walk on the roof at all. He neatly installed the antenna and removed the old one, leaving the old base intact to maintain the integrity of the roof. He was very informative about the newest technology and made recommendations to improve our situation - such as installing a splitter to allow us 4 additional TV's in the house. After going round and round with DirecTV for years - literally - and spending countless hours on the phone with their 'customer service', South Hill Satellite did this for us within 24 hours of calling. We are thrilled and will recommend this company to everyone we know!"
