"Norberto is a great guy. He and his crew helped removing the chain link fence and replaced it with the beautiful wooden fence. They got everything done on the same day, punctual, and with high quality. Would use this company again for my other fence projects"

"I had a great experience from beginning to end. The ease of planning virtually with detailed drawings made me skeptical they could deliver on budget. I was happily surprised and am finally enjoying a quality cedar fence! Thank you especially to Hector!"

"OMG I love my new fence, they came when they said they would. They did the work, cleaned up all the mess and I am so excited to allow my large breed dog outside now. Not to worry if the kids next door will tease or bother me or my dog again. 6 feet high and privacy slates is the way to go, I am bragging to everyone I know, LOVE LOVE LOVE my fence and the price was prefect. Thank you, Duke for doing such a wonderful job. I will call you again if I need to upgrade my chainlink."

"Very happy with the work done. Crew was on time , polite , and respectful of property. Norberto had ideas for the job we hadn't thought of. I will be recommending Mt. Olive to friends and neighbors in the local HOA. We got five estimates for this project. Two were ridiculous ( two were double what the other three were ). It pays to get multiple estimates . The new fence looks great. The new lawn should should match in a month or two. Dog says he ' doesn't like the fence "."

"I had a fence replacement project involved replacing 110 linear square feet of wire fence with vinyl. Originally I'd hired another contractor who had me buy the material and put down half the cost of labor before even doing any work. After a week and a half of delays with terrible communication and no work done, I fired them and found GeoHousingLLC. Gio came by to survey the land, offered me a much more reasonable quote, promised to begin work immediately, and assured me I didn't have to pay until all work was done. Whenever things came up that required my attention, he kept me informed every step of the way . All in all, they finished within the time frame estimated and the end product looks spectacular. 5 out of 5 would hire again."

"It took a long time to get the project done but that was not on nice View Fence. after we agreed on a start date it was brought to my attention of the issues for installing the black chain-link at the rear of my acre which backed to a greenbelt. That caused a delay which was on me. I got the area cleared and rescheduled. Well... this time of year Mother Nature doesn't co-operate so it was a battle of heavy rains and snow so no fault of Nice View Fence. The project is now done and the workmanship is fantastic. I would have to say the final outcome was worth the multiple delays."

"Puget Sound BNR is a trustworthy company that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail, reliable service, and exceptional quality make them an excellent choice for any renovation or remodeling project. Highly recommended!"

"Top Rail Fence Seattle built us a great fence! The team was a pleasure to work with - they finished ahead of schedule, and were very knowledgeable. They provided recommendations not only as we designed fence, but also during the job as it came together (confirming preferences, and recommending possible alternatives) - giving us the option to change design decisions as fence was being built. After the install was complete, John and team weren't satisfied with the quality of the post caps that had been and supplied, and came back the next week to install new post caps - I know nothing little fences and I appreciated the teams insistence on using high quality and durable materials. Highly recommend Top Rail Fence Seattle!"

"Estimate appt was very thorough. Build appts went very smoothly. I love my new fence! It’s beautiful. The gates are so easy to get in and out of. My neighbors and even total strangers walking by have remarked about it as I went to get my mail from mailbox. The extra privacy is wonderful and my pups love the new space too!"
