Even though this company says No Nails left behind I found several nails after they left both around my property and up my driveway. It took them several days to come back out to double check for loose nails left behind. I also wasn’t impressed with how many different people (phone numbers) that contacted me while not one site manager ever showed up except to pick up a check; and he was only an assistant. Just wanted to leave a real truthful message so people are informed. "

"C&J construction has remodeled our whole house. They were in step with us from the very beginning. They helped in our final design before the remodeling started. C&J made recommendations that maximizes space by suggestion wall placement, moving doors, and windows in in the planning phase. Not only did they create space but it didn’t add to the final bill. During the construction their workers were professional and they have become part of our extended family. When we build our horse barn they will be the first and only call we make!"

"Quoted me on replacing kitchen floor tile, install exhaust fan in the bath and repair ceiling, replace laminate flooring in hallway and the wall behind the washer and dryer. Start to finish is Tuesday-Saturday. Long story short, they show up Tuesday morning, do nothing and run to Home Depot, come back later to drop off a few materials. Wednesday they claim the rain stopped them from working. They didn?t start ANYTHING until Thursday afternoon when they sent a guy to do the tile work and it was EMBARRASSING! Friday morning they show to demo the bad tile and remove old laminate flooring then run to Home Depot for the 10th time this week. A guy shows up to demo the bath ceiling around 1pm. The house is a reck and nothing is complete. Jefri returns at 2 to cut new tile. It?s 5pm now and he has to make another run to HD. I asked them to finish what they can and come back tomorrow bc my tenants children are home now and it?s late. He gets upset and quits! See photos "

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."
