"Charles and his son have been with me through this horrific experience. From reassuring me, stopping by with more glue traps and offering tips for eradicating and keeping my townhouse clear of rodents! They also offered other tips for other pests and I have elected to sign up for their pest service. He has also worked with my neighbor to make sure her house was clear also— townhouse are notorious for this happening so I am happy that my neighbor chose him also! Great guy! Good Christian man and his son is great also! I recommend these guys completely!"

"I called Permatox about this today and Tommy was out to our house within hours to take care of this. He comes out every other month to spray the outside and we rarely see any bugs. Tommy is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the service he offers. We have been using Permatox for many years and are well pleased with their service."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
