"I had a really great experience with JWE Remodeling & Roofing. Tyler did a great job on our roof repair. He and another team member arrived at our house and talked with me about what problems I had noticed and discussed with me the options that may be available. They also offered to perform a complimentary inspection while they were on the roof to note anything I am unable to see from the ground. After evaluating my leak issue and performing their inspection, they showed me some pictures and video of any issues they noticed. We talked though the options and agreed upon the repair to be completed and pricing for it. They returned a few days later with the materials necessary and fixed the issue. They also showed me before and after pictures and noted any extra steps they took to ensure the fixed they did would resolve my problem. They did a great job and I am very happy with the results."

John was my salesperson and did a great job finding my needs and a payment plan to fit my budget. "We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."
