I appreciate the time he took and everything he looked at. He gave his honest recommendation and we ended up replacing our entire hvac system. He did an amazing job. He took his time, did a thorough job and left no trace of mess. He is kind and respectful and he knows his stuff! He made great recommendations for us as far as equipment and even made necessary improvements to our air duct system so that the airflow is maximized. He heard our frustration about allergies and recommended a filter that would help addresss that. He did a great job. I am so happy with the work and my HVAC system. I would recommend him to anyone. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!"
