I appreciate the time he took and everything he looked at. He gave his honest recommendation and we ended up replacing our entire hvac system. He did an amazing job. He took his time, did a thorough job and left no trace of mess. He is kind and respectful and he knows his stuff! He made great recommendations for us as far as equipment and even made necessary improvements to our air duct system so that the airflow is maximized. He heard our frustration about allergies and recommended a filter that would help addresss that. He did a great job. I am so happy with the work and my HVAC system. I would recommend him to anyone. The crew (Kahlil Hunter and his apprentice) were efficient, professional, tidy, and pleasant. And everything's working fine now!"

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
