"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."

Presented the options and gave me the pros for each and let me make the decision. He was there for the sale and was there for the installation until project was complete updating me as it progressed. "I had Evan come out to give me an estimate on some "popped" siding. He fixed the siding on the spot and then after talking to him further about other work that I wanted done, gave me an estimate on installing a staircase on my deck. We scheduled the work, he persevered with all the issues the township posed, and completed to job. Because of issues with the township and the job being delayed, when he started the job he could only have one worker on site. His worker (I believe his name was Marlin??) did a fabulous job and worked hard on his own to get it completed in time. I couldn't be happier."
