"Our chimney occasionally leaked, especially when there is a strong wind. I called around to a number of companies. Right off the bat, Brian was the most responsive and came by within a couple of days, off hours, to look at the job. Most of the other companies were either not taking on the type of work needed until spring or were too busy to even come by. He was able to start the work within a couple of weeks and ended up working over the weekend. The quality of his work is excellent, both neat and thorough. Unlike many other people I have hired, Brian left the work area free of debris when he finished. I also appreciated his willingness to answer my many questions on how he was doing the work and the materials he would be using, along with the potential presence of any related damage to the house siding near the chimney."

"Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."

"Matt responded promptly and showed up on time to provide me with a possible roof replacement estimate. He was courteous, honest and professional and indicated that my roof was not as old as we thought and that I would not need a new roof at present. Our town records showed a old permit for a roof replacement, however it was obvious to him that a replacement was done more recently. I was prepared to replace the roof as part of a real estate sale. I really appreciated that he came out and provided an honest evaluation! While I did not use Matt's company's services, I would consider them for future work for roofing and/remodeling! I don't often right reviews, but I appreciate good honest service, so I felt I had to share the info."

"Great chimney sweeping experience. Went above and beyond what we had originally asked them to do. As a property manager, they did an incredible job. They called as requested 15 minutes prior to arrival, stayed longer then the standard 2 hour window, swept an additional flue for us (which wasn't even accessible from the main chimney), and were friendly, professional, and very informative.
