The were friendly and pleasant, work solidly on the job from start to finish, and consulted with me at every step to make sure I was OK with what needed to be done at each step of the way. "I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Initial installation went well. I instructed them it was not necessary to haul away the excavated material and they could just dumping it on the slope I want to fill in anyway. They did a beautiful job on the installation and without being asked they spread the excavated material out on the slope rather than leaving it in a big pile. I was so impressed with the outcome I had them immediately add on to the patio to include the area I keep my grill. By all accounts I should have had that done with the original install but didn't think of it. I was not able to be there when it was installed and when I did return I was not surprised they did a wonderful job. Instead I was surprised by the fact t hat not only had they done a great job but they also anchored the cabana covering I was using to cover my grill to the new patio without even a suggestion from me and it looked awesome. These guys are top notch. When it comes to professionalism these guys have raised the bar. I will use them again and again and have already referred several people to them."

"I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"
