We got hit by a pretty serious flood in September and they were supposed to start the work in September. They said they could do the work but the community was in trouble so we told them that we could wait. He sent one person to do a little bit at a time. He kept us informed. I really, really liked the way he did business and the way he conducted his business with the community. I've called them to come back to fix a hole in my garage roof.
