"Overall, I am very happy with my initial cleaning. Three ladies came into my home and worked for 90 minutes. My house was relatively clean to begin, but I thought they did a thorough job. They vacuumed, moped, dusted, wiped down glass and wood furniture, made my bed with fresh sheets, vacuumed my living room furniture (lots of dog hair), and cleaned bathrooms. I noticed that the dusting job in the living room wasn't great, so I emailed the owner of the company that day. She responded right away and assured me that she would let the cleaners know for next time. I'd recommend!"

"Overall, it went very well.  The house was in a "challenging" condition when she started and was in "good" condition when she finished.  We really would not have expected much more.  <br /> Talia was working alone as her partner was out sick.  She stuck to it and was there about eight hours on a very hot day.  When she was finished the kitchen (most important to me) was sparkling!  It was absolutely ready to use.  The two bathrooms were also in excellent condition.   <br /> The rest of the house was in very acceptable condition - but not quite to the standard of the Kitchen and Baths.  To be fair, perhaps the things that we needed to finish the next day are not part of a typical cleaning (for example the doors, switch-plates and baseboards were all still coated with grime and we needed to sweep the ceiling in several areas for cobwebs).   <br /> Note:  We were so comfortable with Talia that we left before she was finished and asked her to close up when she left.  We would, without a doubt, use her services again.   <br /> <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Floor in existing bathroom had to be installed twice as the first time it did not stick.  Shower head installed way too low; which he adjusted by putting an extension on it.  The tub made a lot of noise (it is a fiberglass tub), which they cut a hole in the wall and put some additional support on it and it still squeaks but not as bad).  The molding in the corners of the bathroom had to be replaced to put in aesthetically pleasing looking cove molding upon our insistence.  The caulking job done on the bathroom floor at the tub was not particularly nice looking.  In the new bathroom, things went somewhat better.  However, the door to the closet (which he created the door since it had to be a custom size) had to be replaced as the first one installed had torn veneer off the top edge of the door (2-3" strips).  We asked him to replace this as it looked bad, which he did.  We were disappointed that we actually thought he thought that it was okay to install the door looking the way that it did.  The shower leaked in the bottom left and when he came back to look at it, he did some caulking but it continued to leak.  When we called he again about it, he suggested that it was a plumbing issue, not a installation  issue.  We called the plumber (Baker's Plumbing) and he came up and spent several hours proving to us that it was not a plumbing issue.  Finally, my husband took the shower apart (it is a semi-circular shower) and found that it just needed some additional caulking along a section of it, which he did and since then it has not leaked..  He also also re-caulked the door trim to the base as it was done poorly."
