Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more. We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. "It went really well! Gino Henn, the general contractor, is a man of his word! He sincerely wants the job done as if it was his own home. The men he has working on each part of the project show up consistently, they prepare the house to keep it as tidy as possible through the process, they are nice and respectful to work with and so good at what they do! I was very impressed with Gino‘s ability to connect with someone to do a specific job and be here as soon as I had a need. We had to move some air conditioning ducting in addition to the remodel. The patching and painting was so good that you can’t tell it happened! I love my new kitchen and bathroom, thanks to Gino and his amazing crew!"

"Al and his entire team were great! James, Rosa G. and Yanette worked very hard for two plus days; scrubbing kitchen surfaces, inside large oven vent hoods, bathrooms, floors and other surfaces until everything was clean. They were very polite and helpful with many extra requests. Al and James even moved furniture from one room to another when asked. Al also made minor repairs. He re-caulked one of my shower stalls and replaced hard to reach light bulbs throughout the house. I liked these folks so much that I hired them to clean my house on a bi-monthly basis. I highly recommend Al and his team to anyone looking for a polite, dependable and hard working household cleaning firm."
