"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Georgia Roofing Systems is a top notch roofing company. Trust and quality is what one can expect when choosing them to replace your roof. Not once did we worry about their ethics or quality of product. The owner, Anthony walked with us each step of the way and ensured we fully understood the product that would be going on our house. We would highly recommend Georgia Roofing Systems for anyone looking to replace their roof."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"We couldn’t be more pleased with the job that Russ, and his crews performed. People have asked if we won a contest for a home makeover, because the change is so dramatic. PRS took off the old siding, repaired all the rotted wood underneath, covered the frame with the highest grade wrap, put up the new Nichiha siding, fixed any loose electrical fixtures, put up 2 coats of Sherwin Williams, painted our trim the accent color, and even painted the doors and lattice work a third color, and put up new gutters; all for the price that he quoted us, which was thousands less than the next bid, which did not include gutters. We would definitely hire PRS again, and highly recommend them for all your siding and roofing needs."

"Right off the bat when Galen Quintana contacted us, we knew we were dealing with a true professional. The whole job went seamlessly, just as Galen promised it would. We would recommend SCI for any roof work or general remodeling. When you call and hire SCI, be sure to ask for Galen!"

"Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. Told crew I would call them again for future projects and repairs if needed. Would highly recommend Bear Hands Construction, LLC hands down to anyone."

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."
